3. Surafce condition:
Smooth steel wire and coated steel wire.
4. Circle shape of wire:
The steel wire should have a uniform and regular loop shape. After the lashing wire is cut, the free circle diameter of the steel wire should not be less than the coil diameter of the steel wire, and the ring shape enlargement phenomenon is allowed, but the enlargement degree should be roughly uniform in the same coil and uniform batch of steel wires.
5. Surface quality:
The surface of the steel wire should be smooth, and there should be no surface defects such as pull marks, tears, rust, etc. that have obvious adverse effects on the use of the steel wire.

7. Bending test:
A steel wire with a nominal diameter of approximately 3.00mm can be subjected to a bending test.
When the steel wire is bent 180° around a mandrel into a U shape, there should be no traces of cracks.
8. Coil spring test:
Steel wire with a diameter less than 0.70mm can be tested for coil spring
The surface of the sample should be free of defects, cracks or tears should not appear, the spring pitch should be uniform, and the diameter should be uniform.
